Raised in the Central Valley I know the issues people care about.
Born into a military family, and the grandson of a farm labor organizer; patriotism, pride, and work ethic were instilled in me at a young age. I am intimately familiar with the needs and hardships families face in the Central Valley. As your Representative I will listen and advance policies that are important to you. I served in the Army as an Infantryman and deployed to Baghdad in 2005. After my service I earned a B.A. in Political Science from the University of the Pacific, as well as a Juris Doctor from the University of San Francisco. I will be honored to serve you in the House of Representatives.
My vision for America is inclusive, moderate, and focused on putting America first. I will approach problems with common sense solutions with the goal of benefiting middle-class Americans.
Inflation is out of control. The price of food, gas, and basic goods is hurting Central Valley families. As your representative I will fight to restore our economy. I will advance policies that protect precious water supplies, agriculture, manufacturing, technology, and intellectual property, in order to be competitive in the global economy.
I understand the desire for migrants to want to come to America. However, open borders are not the solution as it leaves us vulnerable to global security threats. As your representative I will advance policies that secure our borders and incentivize legal immigration.
I believe in an impartial criminal justice system. This administration is focused on weaponizing the justice department for political gain instead of protecting Americans. As your representative I will advance policies that prosecute violent criminals, retain cash bail, and make our streets safe again.
I believe parents have the right to control decisions that affect their children's education. As your representative I will fight to protect parental decision making, and free speech. I believe we can teach our children about American history accurately and effectively without indoctrinating and politicizing our children's education.
